Ontario's Upcoming Minimum Wage Increase - October 2022 April 14 2022
The general minimum wage rate in Ontario will increase on October 1, 2022 by 50 cents, which will bring the new rate to $15.50 an hour.
Specialized minimum wage rate increases, as of October 1, 2022 are as follows:
- Student: $14.60 per hour
- Hunting, Fishing and Wilderness: $77.60 (rate for working less than five consecutive hours in a day) / $155.25 (rate for working five or more hours in a day whether or not the hours are consecutive)
- Homeworkers: $17.05 per hour

Prochaine augmentation du salaire minimum en Ontario - octobre 2022
Le 1er octobre 2022, le taux général du salaire minimum en Ontario augmentera de 50 cents, ce qui portera le nouveau taux à 15,50 $ l’heure.
Les augmentations des taux de salaire minimum spécialisés, à compter du 1er octobre 2022, sont les suivantes :
- Étudiant : 14,60 $ l’heure
- Chasse, pêche et nature sauvage : 77,60 $ (taux pour le travail de moins de cinq heures consécutives dans une journée) /155,25 $ (taux pour le travail de cinq heures ou plus dans une journée, que les heures soient consécutives ou non).
- Travailleurs à domicile : 17,05 $ de l’heure
